What is your Shipping Policy?
We make every effort to ensure that all items listed in our store have the Availability accurately noted. However, we may find that one of more of the items you order are not readily available. If this happens, we will do our best to find the item(s) as quickly as possible for you and communicate with you via email. Please ensure that the email address you give us during checkout, or the email address you have registered with eBay (if you've purchased through our eBay store), is checked regularly and that '@extremesupply.com' is on your domain whitelist for any spam-blocking software, folders or filters. We are happy to ship through Federal Express (FedEx) and United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping Option and Transit Time (Carrier Estimate) FedEx Ground/Home Delivery 3-5 business days USPS Priority Mail 2-3 business days USPS Priority Mail International 2-4 weeks Online tracking and delivery confirmation is available for all options. * FedEx Ground cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, the Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, or APO/AFO addresses and may not allow for weekend delivery. Packages to Alaska, Hawai, Guam, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. protectorates and territories will be shipped only via the United States Postal System (Priority shipping options). ** You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once shipments reach your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Accordingly, you should contact your local customs office for further information. When ordering from Honda East Toledo, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Customs forms for all international packages require a list of the value of your order's contents by product type. Packages will not be marked "Gift" and the actual purchase price of the items will be stated on the customs form. By law, we are not able to describe the contents in any other way. US Military Addresses For shipments to US Military bases, be sure to include a complete shipping address as follows: Country: Choose United States from the drop down list. Address Type: Choose APO/FPO from the drop down list. Street Address: Complete both lines with all applicable information including Unit number or Box number. City: Enter APO or FPO (whichever is appropriate). State: Choose appropriate Armed Forces unit (AA, AE or AP) from the drop down list Zip Code: Enter appropriate ZIP code Orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. However, shipments to APO/FPO addresses can take up to 4 weeks for delivery.

What is your Return Policy?
We guarantee all shipments to be first quality. All items are 100% exchangeable (except closeout items) within 30 days of ordering FOR ANY REASON. You must obtain an RMA number before returning any product by calling or e-mailing us at the number/e-mail given above. Return shipping on exchanges will be shipped as per our shipping & delivery policy. Items must be returned in an unused condition and in the original packaging. We DO NOT issue call tags for merchandise and you must pay the return shipment cost. Returns for Refund RETURNS for credit are subject to a 10% restocking fee. There are No Returns or Exchanges for all Closeout Items, all sales are final, no exception! All returned items are processed within 2 business days of receipt. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. Refunds are based on the item price(s) paid on your original purchase invoice less a 10% restocking fee and do not include shipping/handling charges. Refunds are issued in the same method as the original payment, unless an exchange or Gift Certificate is chosen. Refunds will be confirmed via email. Please allow the following time to receive your refund once processed: (in business days) * PayPal: 1-2 days * Google Checkout: 1-2 days * VISA/MC/Discover/American Express: 3-5 days Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the product, less any discount/coupons applied to the purchase invoice and a 10% restocking fee. Refunds for shipping and handling charges are only granted if Extreme Supply has inspected the item and verified that it was shipped in error or is defective. Return shipping refund amount is limited to the amount charged for shipping on the original purchase. In the case of combined or promotional shipping on the original purchase, return shipping refund is limited to the current standard FedEx Ground rate for the item(s). Returns for Exchange Requests for exchange are subject to the availability of the item requested. Many of our best deals have limited stock available and similar items varying only in size or color may be sold out by the time your return is received and processed. We will make every effort to fulfill the exchange as you've requested. If the item you've requested is not available, we will notify you via email and issue a refund via your original payment method. Our inventory changes daily, the best way to ensure that you receive that item is to simply purchase it outright and request a refund for your return. Warranty issues would include but are not limited to: broken/cracked vents and/or vent covers, broken/cracked visors/faceshields and/or visor/faceshield mechanisms, loose edge molding/trim pieces, blemishes in the helmet finish, materials and worksmanship issues, etc.
